These are welded by resistance welding method. Most common application is in studded tubes for refineries and boilers.

Weld Bolts are headed bolts having projections under the head. They are welded by passing current through these projections. No ceramic ferrule is required. Size varies from M5 to M12 and length, raw material and plating as per customers'' requirement.

Used in Auto and panel board industries.

CD studs are welded by using current which is stored in a bank of capacitors. Size varies from M3 to M8 and length, raw material and plating as per customers'' requirement. These can be welded on thin sheets.
